Levels

This section is placed in the MPA3 Admin -> Settings -> Levels.

Here you can define bonuses for affiliates who have reached a certain number of sales during their current payout period. This function, if used, refers to all sales made within this period.

This is how it's all set:

  • Title - use this field to name your Level.
  • Number of sales - this parameter determines the starting value that the level is considered as matching. For example if the Number of sales parameter is set to 26, then the affiliate will need to have 26 or more signups in order to match the level. Only the highest Number of sales parameter will be taken into consideration for each affiliate, even if they’ve attained multiple levels.
  • Number of free trials - Define how much free trials should the affiliate do in the current payout period, so this setting will be triggered. Please note that this setting will be triggered only if all conditions under this setting are met.
  • Number of trials - Define how much trials should the affiliate do in the current payout period, so this setting will be triggered. Please note that this setting will be triggered only if all conditions under this setting are met.
  • Number of full price sales - Define how much full price sales should the affiliate do in the current payout period, so this setting will be triggered. Please note that this setting will be triggered only if all conditions under this setting are met.
  • Affiliates - here you provide a comma separated list of affiliates IDs, to which this Level will be applied to. Leave blank for all affiliates.
  • Sites - use this dropdown to select a site that the Level will apply for.
  • Start date - pick a date when this Level should take into effect.
  • End date - pick a date when this Level should be valid to.
  • Start time - enter a time when this Level should take into effect.
  • End time - enter a time when this Level should be valid to.
  • Recurring - use this dropdown to select a day on which the Level recurs. If this is different than 'none', 'Start date' and 'End date' are not considered. 'Start time' and 'End time' are taken into consideration though.
  • Pay Rate - enter what pay rates should be applied when this level is triggered. Pay rates are defined from MPA3 admin > settings > pay rates.
  • Retroactive - set 'Yes' if this setting should re-calculate the past transactions for this payout report using the pay rates defined here. If this is set to 'No', only the transactions from the moment this setting kicks in are paid using the new pay rates. For time-range bonus settings you would want to set this to 'No'.

Below there are the Submit and Reset buttons. Use the first one to save your newly created or edited Level. The Reset button clears all the input data and blanks all fields, so you can start anew.

All Submitted Levels will appear in an overview table on the bottom of the screen. Select a Level from the Title column of this table to load it for edit.
